2014 NFL Draft First Round Grades: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

7th Overall Pick: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M

A lot of people thought Manziel would be the pick if he fell to Tampa, but the big wideout was too much for them to pass up. They've needed another threat to pair with Jackson, and now they have found another big bodied receiver to throw to. A lot of people had Evans going in the top five, so this is decent value for him as well. He's not quite as sure of a prospect of Watkins, but he has just as much potential. I'm almost a little surprised the Bucs didn't grab a defensive player for Smith, but still a very solid selection .
