2014 NFL Draft First Round Grades: Miami Dolphins

19th Overall Pick: JuWuan James, OT, Tennessee

When I first saw that Miami was considering James in round one, I thought it was a smokescreen. James is a solid prospect who has left tackle potential in the future, but he wasn't even the left tackle on his own team. I liked his potential value as a day two selection, but not in round one. Miami is just reaching because they desperately need a tackle. James could definitely end up being a quality starting tackle this year, but he could also struggle. I think Morgan Moses was a much more NFL ready prospect.

  1. Could not agree more.Terrible pick. The sort of pick that ruins a teams draft and eventually the team. He would still have been there at number 50.
