Philadelphia may have made the most changes of any NFL team this off season, most notably adding Chip Kelly as the new head coach. They should definitely be an improved team this season, but they aren't quite playoff caliper yet. This is still a talented team, but they are going to go through a ton of growing pains, especially early on in the season. The biggest factor is how well Chip Kelly's offense will work in the NFL, and how well veteran QB Michael Vick will be able to run it. The defense will probably be rough to watch early on, considering they have new starters at nearly every position there. The Eagles certainly have a bright future ahead of them if Chip Kelly proves to be NFL material, but they will need more time and a franchise quarterback to become serious title contenders.
