Team Analysis

It is really time to put up or shut up for Bengals' quarterback Andy Dalton. Bringing in Eifert and Bernard gives them a solid rushing game and an even stronger group of receivers for Dalton to work with. If he can't put up big numbers with this group, the Bengals need to start looking at a new long term solution at quarterback. If Dalton can elevate his game to the next level, the Bengals have a legitimate chance at winning the division, not just sneaking in with a Wild Card. On defense, the question marks remains the secondary. Luckily, the secondary isn't challenged very much because Cincinnati's defense line is the strongest and deepest in the entire NFL. This group of pass rushers got even stronger this offseason with the singing of Harrison and the drafting of Hunt. This group could be good enough to make up for any other shortcomings on the defensive side of the ball. Ultimately, the fate of the Bengals is in the hands of Andy Dalton.
